Yes it is. All pictures displayed are protected by international copyright laws and may not be used nor reproduced, in whole or in part, in any commercial work without Emmanuel Avargués' written consent.

All artistic nude pictures are created with adult models, that are +21 at the time of shooting. All kids and teenagers pictures are done with the written consent (signed release) of their parent(s) or tutor.
